Tuition & Aid

All tuition payments are made directly through FACTS Tuition Management. After your new student has been accepted, you will receive an invite from FACTS Tuition via email with important necessary information to enroll in a payment option.

Plan I: Full payment of tuition on or before June 20, 2026.

Plan II: Quarterly installments due Jun. 2026, Sept. 2026, Dec. 2026 and Mar. 2027

Plan III: Monthly installments - allows the tuition to be paid in installments through Facts Tuition. Monthly payments begin in June 2026.

**Initial Deposit: New Catholic Academy students only 10% net tuition deposit — due by upon tuition setup

**HOWEVER, if a student withdraws after June 1, preceding the annual school year, up to 10% of tuition is considered non-refundable.

The Financial Aid Program is designed to make a Reverend Brown education possible for all families based on demonstrated financial need and the availability of funds. Reverend Brown is proud to use Clarity Financial Aid to determine a family’s level of financial need based on the information that families share in the application which includes assets, income, expenses, and debts. The application is mobile-friendly and fully translated into Spanish.
